About The Studio
Christopher Lipton Studio is dedicated to the pursuit of combining a modern yet traditional approach in the designing and fabricating processes. With a strong emphasis on maintaining originality, the process involves a true exploration of function, honesty, and beauty.
In his quest for a harmonious fusion of functionality and beauty, Christopher Lipton, the founder, and designer, looks to both the mundane and the extraordinary for inspiration. By observing both the obvious and not so obvious moments in his various environments and extracting potential from them, he uncovers a world of possibility waiting to be explored and in return offers his work as a compliment to the environment within your space.
Being both born and raised in Brooklyn NY has served Christopher well, providing a wealth of inspiration and diversity and where the workshop got its start. For over ten years, the company has been dedicated to pursuing an elevated design vision for everything they create, and where they have full control of every aspect of production currently located in their workshop in the Catskills, NY.
Working closely with customers is priority one, Christopher Lipton Studio curates it’s pieces to suit the needs of your space. Each piece is crafted to be an integral part of everyday living. The studio's collections, such as Dia, Tusk, and Cloud, exemplify the intentions of the studio— each developed through an open mind, dedication and honed with years of experience.
We firmly believe that the key to longevity lies in producing timeless pieces of the highest quality. Each object we create is built to withstand the test of time and become a cherished heirloom for generations to come.
At Christopher Lipton Studio, design is the driving force behind every piece, ensuring a meaningful and thorough approach in their creations, believing that the body of work should speak for itself.
